Social Samosa: Pulp Strategy Launches SEO Service for AI Platforms

Social Samosa’s launch story of 10 June 2025 described NeuroRank as a Pulp Strategy service designed to increase brand presence in ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The report explained why conventional SEO signals carry less weight with AI models, and described the phased rollout and audits Pulp Strategy offered.
Models answer from sources they trust
Social Samosa reported the agency’s view that traditional SEO approaches are often not recognized by AI models, which work differently from index-based search engines. Language models generate answers from pre-trained data and from sources they have learned to treat as reliable. A brand that wants to be cited needs to appear in those sources.
Shaping how models learn about brands
The NeuroRank approach, as reported, combined analysis of brand visibility in AI responses, changes to content structure for better machine comprehension, and presence on platforms language models often reference. Sharma described it as a strategy to shape how AI models learn about brands.
The agency cited internal data showing a mid-sized SaaS client reduced its cost per marketing-qualified lead by 22 percent within two months.
At launch, the service could be deployed in four phases over 21 days, and Pulp Strategy offered audits of a brand’s current presence in AI-generated content. NeuroRank now runs as a monthly SaaS platform.
Fresh-token runs keep measurements comparable
NeuroRank runs each measurement with a fresh authentication token in a new, context-isolated session, carrying no prior conversation history between runs. The aim is less session contamination and better comparison across repeated runs. It gives a controlled benchmark. It does not claim to reproduce every personalized consumer experience, which varies by platform, account, location, memory settings, and model version.
Ambika Sharma put the risk in terms of memory.
“If your brand isn’t part of the model’s learned memory, you’re not in the conversation.”
Ambika Sharma, Founder, NeuroRank in Social Samosa, 10 June 2025
Learned memory was the right frame for 2025, and today I would add one word to it: current. Models retrain, and retrieval pulls fresh sources into every answer. What a model learned about a brand last year can be overwritten by what it reads this month. The work is to keep the sources it reads accurate, month after month.
