MxM India: Pulp Strategy Launches NeuroRank

MxM India covered Pulp Strategy’s launch of NeuroRank on 12 June 2025, describing a service built to help brands be cited, trusted, and remembered by ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The short report records the launch and Ambika Sharma’s case that brands could no longer wait to act on AI search.
Cited, trusted, and remembered
MxM India described the aim of the new service in three words. Ranking was no longer enough. A brand needed to be cited in AI answers, trusted by the models, and remembered when a buyer asked about its category.
A launch framed around urgency
Ambika Sharma’s launch statement, quoted by MxM India, set NeuroRank apart from traditional SEO, with its focus on backlinks and page speed. She argued that brands needed to act while AI platforms were already shaping customer intent.
NeuroRank launched as a service in June 2025. It became a public SaaS platform in May 2026.
MxM India’s report was one of six published in the launch week of 10 to 12 June 2025, alongside Indiantelevision.com, BestMediaInfo, Social Samosa, Marketing Mind, and Adtech Today. Each has its own page in this press section.
Citation is measured by source type
NeuroRank’s Brand Citation Score is the share of tracked responses that cite a source owned by or supporting the brand. Every cited source is also typed: Branded, Competitor, Review, Editorial, Community, Video, Marketplace, or Other. The split shows a brand where its citations come from, and which kind of source a competitor is winning on.
Comment from Ambika Sharma
Remembered was the word that mattered in June 2025, and it still does. A model repeats what its sources agree on, so a brand that describes itself the same way everywhere is easier to recall. That part of the work has not changed since the launch. The method around it has, and it now runs every month.
