Marketing Mind: Pulp Strategy Launches NeuroRank in 2025

Marketing Mind covered Pulp Strategy’s introduction of NeuroRank on 10 June 2025, a service to help brands stay visible and credible on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity. The report focused on building a lasting presence in the AI knowledge ecosystem, so that brands appear in high-intent queries and thought leadership mentions.
Presence in the answer matters more than rank
Marketing Mind described NeuroRank as a move beyond SEO work on backlinks and page speed. The service set out to make brands cited and trusted in AI-generated responses, reflecting a change in search behavior where being named in the answer matters more than a ranking on a page.
Presence that lasts
The report listed what the service offered at launch. It mapped a brand’s current visibility in AI responses and reformatted content into structures AI reads well. It positioned brands on sources language models draw on, such as Reddit, Medium, and Quora, and kept testing to raise how often AI answers mention the brand.
Marketing Mind noted measurable early benefits, citing a mid-market SaaS company that recorded a 22 percent reduction in cost per marketing-qualified lead within two months of using NeuroRank.
Its stated goal was a lasting presence in the AI knowledge ecosystem, raising the chance of appearing in high-intent queries and in thought leadership mentions. That goal now runs through the NeuroRank platform, available as SaaS since May 2026.
Prompt clusters start from a Hero Prompt
NeuroRank organizes measurement into prompt clusters. Each cluster holds one Hero Prompt, the question that defines it, with sub-prompts beneath it. Clusters build up over time: one new cluster is added each month and every earlier cluster is run again, so a brand in its twelfth month is measured on twelve. Only confirmed clusters move on to diagnosis.
Ambika Sharma ended her launch statement on the competitive cost.
“if you’re not in the conversation, your competitor already is.”
High-intent queries were the point in 2025 and remain the point now. A brand named in an answer to a general question gains awareness. A brand named when a buyer asks which provider to choose gains a lead. I would still ask every team which of those two questions it is measuring.
