This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the NeuroRank platform. It applies to all users and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

 

1. Permitted Uses

• Analyse brand visibility across AI-indexed search and discovery channels
• Audit and improve your own brand’s or your clients’ AI citation performance
• Conduct legitimate competitive intelligence using publicly available brand information
• Generate content strategy recommendations for brands you are authorised to represent
• Export and share reports with clients as part of a consulting or agency engagement
• Access NeuroRank API features (when available) within your plan and applicable API terms

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Legal Violations

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any person or entity
• Process data in violation of any privacy law, including GDPR, CCPA, India’s DPDPA, or PIPEDA
• Engage in fraud, identity theft, or impersonation of any person or organisation

2.2 Platform Misuse

• Share login credentials with other individuals or allow multiple users to access the platform under a single account
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract platform data beyond permitted API allocation (when available)
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to reconstruct NeuroRank’s scoring algorithm or proprietary methodology
• Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or plan restrictions
• Access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users

2.3 Harmful or Malicious Activity

• Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious code into the platform
• Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities without prior written consent (responsible disclosure: https://neurorank.ai/contact)
• Use the platform to stalk, harass, threaten, or harm any individual

2.4 Commercial Misuse

• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the services without a written reseller agreement
• Build a competing product using data or insights derived from the platform
• Use NeuroRank outputs to make false or misleading claims to clients about guaranteed performance outcomes

3. Content Standards

Any content you input into or generate using the platform must not: be defamatory, obscene, threatening, or harassing; infringe third-party intellectual property rights; contain personal data of individuals submitted without a lawful basis; be used to create or send spam or unsolicited communications; or violate any applicable law.

 

4. Enforcement

We may investigate any suspected violation. Depending on severity, we may: issue a formal warning; temporarily suspend your account; permanently terminate your account without refund; report the activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; or pursue civil or criminal legal remedies. We will aim to notify you of enforcement action and the reason for it, unless doing so would compromise an investigation or is prohibited by law.

 

5. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations via https://neurorank.ai/contact. We take all reports seriously and investigate promptly.
