Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all cancellations and refund requests for NeuroRank subscriptions and purchases.

 

1. Monthly Subscriptions

There are no refunds on monthly subscription fees once a billing cycle has commenced.

 

To cancel your monthly subscription: log into your account, go to Account Settings, and select Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. You will retain full access to the platform until the end of the paid period.

 

NeuroRank will not issue pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a monthly billing cycle.

 

2. Annual Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel an annual subscription, you may do so at any time via Account Settings.

 

Pro-rata refunds for annual subscriptions are calculated as follows:
  • Step 1: Identify the number of complete calendar months of service used since the annual subscription commenced.
  • Step 2: Multiply the number of months used by the full standalone monthly price (not the discounted annual rate) for your plan.
  • Step 3: Deduct that amount from the total annual fee paid.
  • Step 4: The remaining balance, if positive, will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days of cancellation.
Example: A user purchases a 12-month annual plan at a price that is 15% lower than the equivalent monthly rate. They cancel after 1 complete month of use. One full standalone monthly subscription price is deducted from the total amount paid, and the balance is refunded.

 

If the amount to be deducted equals or exceeds the total annual fee paid (for example, if the standalone monthly rate is higher than the discounted annual rate divided by twelve), no refund will be due.

 

3. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased for credit-based features are non-refundable once purchased, unless the platform is unable to honour the credits due to a technical error on our part.

 

4. Consulting and Success Team Hours

Consulting hours or success team sessions purchased separately or as part of a plan are non-refundable once booked or delivered. Unused hours that have been paid for but not yet scheduled may be refunded at NeuroRank’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, upon written request via https://neurorank.ai/contact.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request via https://neurorank.ai/contact with the subject ‘Refund Request’ and include your account email address and the reason for your request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

NeuroRank may consider refund requests outside these terms in exceptional circumstances (such as a significant platform outage during a billing period). These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, policy violations, or repeated registration and cancellation patterns.

 

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue with NeuroRank, we reserve the right to suspend your account and dispute the chargeback. We strongly encourage you to contact us via https://neurorank.ai/contact before initiating any payment dispute.
